Terms and Policies

1. Scope of Services:

The prepaid  services specifically involve the creation of services outlined within each package plan. The services provided will adhere to the discussed specifications as outlined in the initial agreement.

 

2. Payment:

All payments for services are to be made in advance, in full, unless otherwise agreed upon. No work will commence until full payment is received.

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations:

Refunds are available only if the project has not commenced. Once work has begun, refunds will not be issued. Cancellations made before the project initiation may incur a cancellation fee of 4% to cover administrative and preparatory work.

 

4. Revisions:

The agreed-upon fee includes a set number of revisions as specified in the initial agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur additional charges, billed at an hourly rate.

 

5. Project Timeline:

The project timeline will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of required materials, delayed feedback) may result in an adjusted timeline.

 

6. Ownership and Usage Rights:

Upon full payment, the client will have full ownership of the final, approved design. The designer retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and marketing materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.

 

7. Communication:

Effective communication is crucial for the success of the project. Both parties agree to promptly respond to emails, calls, or requests for feedback or information.

 

8. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all project details and information confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, concepts, drafts, and any proprietary information.

 

9. Legal Compliance:

Both the client and the designer agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the services rendered.

 

10. Termination of Services:

Either party reserves the right to terminate services if the other party breaches the terms outlined in this agreement. In such cases, any outstanding fees for work completed will be due.

 

11. Amendment of Terms:

These terms and policies are subject to change without prior notice. However, changes will not affect ongoing projects, and the terms agreed upon at the project's initiation will be upheld.
